What is your returns policy?

You can return an item for a refund within 7 days of purchase. To return an order simply contact us with your order number and reason for return within the 7 day time frame. Any requested after this period will not be eligible. All postage costs are to be paid by the customer.

Please Note: You will not be refunded your original postage costs, you will only be refunded the item price. 

Would you consider buying my clothes at all?

We are always looking for new suppliers, whether you're clearing out your wardrobe or shifting 50 pieces; Just drop us an email with your query and we will send you a guide of what we do and don't accept.

What is the condition of the clothing you sell?

All items are thoroughly checked over for any substantial marks, stains, rips, missing buttons, and are given detailed images and explanations with regards to any impairments. In addition to this, all items are 'graded' using this chart:

Excellent

  • Item is in excellent condition, with no holes, stains, or repairs.

Great

  • The item appears slightly worn from general wear and could appear slightly faded or with a minor flaw in an unobvious place. It is considered very wearable as is.

Good

  • The item appears worn and may have a combination of fading or a minor flaw for instance. Any flaws will be outlined in the garment description and photos.

Fair

  • The item appears worn, and may have visible flaws. The item is still considered wearable. Any flaws will be outlined.

Brand New

  • These are brand new items that we stock, and will be stated as Brand New in the item title and description.
